ACHA is involved in various activities that benefit members, such as pool safety and operation, neighborhood watch, youth programs, and other community events. Your membership grants you voting rights to elect officers and influence decisions, provides a platform to share concerns with management, offers discounted access to social events, includes legal support in arbitration cases, keeps you informed about news, community rules, and local and state laws, and connects you with the Delaware Manufactured Homeowners Association (DMHOA), a statewide advocate for owners of manufactured homes on leased land.

The Executive Board works closely with Hometown America (HTA) management; however, ACHA remains completely independent of HTA.
